Interest rates slightly higher -
mortgages rates still unchanged but for how long? |

Interest rates moved up slightly +0.3% in the last 2 months, however home buyers in South France can still obtain good mortgage rates as they remain nearly unchanged over the same period. So don't delay in going ahead to buy your dream property in South France. And as a proof, we attached a Euro Bond future Long term Chart ( Bond future shows the opposite of the interest rates - the higher the Future the less the mortgage rate and vice versa), indicating that it is most likely, that we see a 2-3% increase on mortgage rates in the next
12-18 months.
